Lindsay, Laura S. Fairport: July 04, 2017, age 70. Peacefully, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by her husband Craig S. Lindsay, son Adam (Ryann), daughter Rachel (Jeremy) Jarmusz, grandchildren Samson and Lily Jarmusz. Also survived by sister-in-law Barbie (Frank) Banwell, brothers-in-law Todd (Leslie) Lindsay and Brian (Michelle) Lindsay, nieces and nephews. Formally of Westchester County, New York, Laura managed women clothing stores, was a paralegal and enjoyed needlepoint and volunteer work. She loved music, Broadway shows, traveling and Keuka Lake. A service will be held Sunday 10 AM with calling hours to follow until 12 PM at the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donation can be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society or Benincasa Hospice Care.

Barbara passed away peacefully in her 96th year on Wednesday, June 3, in her home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Bill. Loving mother of Michael Gordon (Sandy), Merrilyn Dawn (Neil) and Jone Alma Claire (Brian). Beloved grandmother of Bill Mustard (Rasa), Kim Mustard (Rob), Laura Lindsay (Tim), Mark Lindsay (Amanda) and Matthew Lindsay. Great-grandmother of Mason and Andrew Beckett, Ashley and Piper Goldie and William and Ravyn Lindsay. Predeceased by dear sister Mary Margaret Dunn. Barbara and her sister were raised by their grandmama, Isabelle Oag, on Centre Island in Toronto. On the Island, Barbara developed her love of tennis (at the Centre Island Tennis Club) and swimming (in the cold waters of Lake Ontario). In addition to being a devoted mother, Barbara continued her drive to excel in the arts and athletics. She was an active member of the Glenhyrst Arts Council in Brantford Ontario. She developed expertise in oil painting, sewing, knitting, spinning, and weaving. She continued her love of tennis and swimming and added cross-country skiing, water skiing, kayaking and synchronized swimming to her repertoire. Even in her last months, she insisted on a daily walk and continued to wonder why nobody else was out walking to enjoy the fresh air. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her many friends in Lakefield and sorely missed by her family. She will rest eternally beside her beloved husband Bill in the Hillside Cemetery in Lakefield Ontario. Friends may send co...
